Asbestos fibers refer to a group of minerals that exist as bundles. These fibers are found in many parts of the world. It contains silicon, oxygen, and some other mineral elements.
When a person installs, repairs, or dismantles asbestos products, the fibers can become airborne. People may inhale this air.
